Paradigm Support

Contact

Write to support@apexformlife.com from the email address on your Paradigm account. Include what you were trying to do, the device and iOS version if you can, and a screenshot of any error. Do not send voice recordings or reflection content unless we ask for them.

Sign-in

Paradigm uses a passwordless email code, or Sign in with Apple if you chose that option.

If a code does not arrive, check spam and promotions, wait a minute, then request a new code. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes and must not be shared. If you use Sign in with Apple, confirm you are using the same Apple Account, including Hide My Email if that is how you originally signed in.

If you still cannot get in, email us with the subject Paradigm Sign-in. Restricted App Review credentials may be used only by the reviewer they were issued to.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing period and any trial or introductory terms are shown before purchase.

An App Store subscription is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage, change or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings, or on the device under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

If you purchased a supported web subscription, the payment provider's disclosed terms apply. Email support@apexformlife.com if you need help managing or cancelling that web subscription.

Deleting the Paradigm app or deleting your Paradigm account does not cancel an App Store or web subscription. Apple or the relevant payment provider handles payment and refund requests under its rules, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Paradigm account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. This removes the account and associated recordings, transcripts, generated content, feedback, and active server-side activity records under our control, as described in the Paradigm Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app by itself does not delete a signed-in account. Account deletion does not cancel a recurring subscription; cancel that separately where you subscribed. If you cannot open the app, email support@apexformlife.com from the account email and we will help you complete deletion.

Privacy and data requests

The Paradigm Privacy Policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, who processes it, how long it is kept, and your choices. For a privacy question, access request, correction, complaint, or help deleting an account, email support@apexformlife.com with the subject Paradigm Privacy.

Using Paradigm safely

Paradigm is a general-wellness and self-reflection product for adults aged 18 or older. It is not a medical, psychological, counselling, crisis, diagnostic, treatment or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

AI-assisted readings are optional possibilities for reflection. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide whether to accept, adjust, or reject them. Do not use Paradigm to make urgent, medical, safety-critical, employment, insurance, credit or legal decisions.

If you may be in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified service. In Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency. Do not wait for or rely on Paradigm.

Legal

Use of Paradigm is governed by the Paradigm Terms of Use and the Paradigm Privacy Policy. If you obtained Paradigm through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to the licence supplied through Apple.
