Part of ApexForm Life Technology · iOS launch preparation

Most AI answers from one conversation.
Paradigm answers from hundreds.

A longitudinal behavioural intelligence platform. Hundreds of conversations, reflections and observations, collected over time. The more evidence it has, the fuller its picture of you becomes.

Paradigm · launch list

Paradigm is preparing for its iOS release.

We are completing the final steps for Paradigm's first public iOS release. Join the launch list and hear when it opens.

The behavioural loop

Catch the loop before it runs you.

A trigger fires a thought, a feeling, an action, and quietly confirms who you believe you are. All day, automatically. The operating system beneath your behaviour keeps running until you observe it.

Step 1 of 5 Trigger Something happens: a word, a glance, a deadline.

Trigger → Thought → Feeling → Action → Identity → repeat

Paradigm Intelligence

Speak before you edit yourself.

The moment a behavioural loop fires, you speak. Paradigm listens for the pattern beneath the pattern, turning spoken reflection into behavioural evidence that reveals the loops, beliefs, and identity structures shaping your life.

The same sentence, mapped onto your behavioural loop: the pattern beneath the pattern, made visible.

Speak → surface the loop → see the pattern → behavioural evidence of who you are

The ApexForm Method

Notice. Understand. Change.

The framework Paradigm runs on is published as a working paper, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22771705, with the measures and kill criteria for testing it. Read or cite it →

01 · NoticeSee the behavioural loop before it runs you
You cannot change what you cannot see. Notice is the act of catching the loop (the trigger, the language, the reaction) the moment it fires. Paradigm captures behavioural evidence in real time so the pattern becomes visible.
02 · UnderstandName the belief and identity producing the pattern
Every behavioural loop is produced by a system. Understand is the act of naming that system: the belief underneath, the emotional logic driving it, the identity architecture it protects.
03 · ChangeRe-engineer who's running, and repeat until it's real
Every standard your future identity refuses to abandon is an architecture, not a goal. Change is the act of installing it: repeating the new behaviour until it becomes behavioural evidence of who you are. The loop changes. The paradigm follows. Identity is not fixed. It is trained.

Paradigm Intelligence

The system beneath the behaviour.

How Paradigm works: Speak. Surface. See. Shift. ReadHide

Speak. Catch the loop before it runs you. Voice in, no editing. You speak the moment it fires, before you edit yourself.

Surface. Paradigm Intelligence surfaces the pattern beneath the pattern: trigger → thought → feeling → action → identity, mapped in real time from what you said.

See. The behavioural evidence becomes visible. The loop loses its invisibility. You see, in your own words, the system you were running.

Shift. Run the redesigned behaviour in the real moments that used to trigger the loop, and the paradigm shifts: an auditable record of identity change over time, not motivation.

The evidence behind it ReadHide

Three years. 3,443 documented conversations. One question. Can human paradigm change be systematically observed? ApexForm was built from that question. Not as theory, as documented behavioural evidence.

Built on a lived rebuild. Paradigm names patterns extracted from a direct, first-person record of identity reconstructed under pressure. Not invented. Codified from observation.

Your voice never trains a public model. Your reflections stay yours, used only to surface your own behavioural evidence, in your account, on your terms.

iOS · Launch preparation

Paradigm is preparing for its first public iOS release. Launch-list members hear first when it opens and can help shape what comes next.

Next

Android

A native Android app follows shortly after the iOS launch, bringing Paradigm Intelligence to Android with full feature parity.

Then

Deeper intelligence

Richer paradigm maps, belief-intensity trends, and language-drift tracking, so more of your evidence resolves into a clearer, more precise picture over time.

Later

Web platform & coaching

A companion web experience, and a considered path into one-to-one coaching for the moments the app surfaces a ceiling worth working through in person.

Paradigm Intelligence

Be first to observe your own paradigm.

Paradigm is preparing for its first public iOS release, with Android to follow later. Join the launch list and hear when it opens.
