I need help with the Paradigm app
Sign-in, subscriptions, purchases, account deletion and privacy requests for the Paradigm mobile app are on Paradigm Support. Email support@apexformlife.com from the address on your account.
How do I start using AFOS™?
AFOS is live in commercial beta. Create an AFOS Team workspace for US$499 per organisation per month or review the annual, guided-pilot and Enterprise options on the AFOS pricing page.
Do you train our team to use AFOS™?
Yes, and it is priced separately from every AFOS tier. A half-day Foundations cohort for up to ten seats is US$2,900; the Operator Program adds a 30-day embed at US$5,500. See AFOS training, or email now@apexformlife.com.
Where do I get help with an AFOS workspace or payment?
Use the help and billing links inside AFOS, or email now@apexformlife.com from the address attached to your workspace. Card details remain with Stripe and are never stored by ApexForm Life.
How do I get early access to the Paradigm app?
Join the early-access list in the contact section of the homepage, or on the Paradigm page. We'll email you the moment early access opens.
How do I begin an intervention or apply for a programme?
The Paradigm Reset books directly: pick a time on the live calendar, pay securely at booking, and you land on /booked with the confirmation email and video meeting link. For the 90-Day Identity Redesign, the Executive Intensive, or a consulting project, use the guided application at apexformlife.com/begin — it shows you what's required and takes about two minutes — or email now@apexformlife.com.
I'd like to book a session.
Paradigm Reset sessions book instantly: choose a time on the live calendar, and payment (A$1,450 including GST) is collected securely at booking. The session is a private 60-minute video call. Not sure it's the right session yet? Email now@apexformlife.com first and you'll get an honest read on fit — even if the answer is that it isn't.

How do I unsubscribe?
Every email we send includes an opt-out. You can also simply reply with "remove" and we'll take you off the list.
How do I access or delete my data?
For the Paradigm app, delete your account in Settings → Delete Account, or follow Paradigm Support. For this website, email us and we'll help you access, correct, or delete your information. See our Privacy Policy and the Paradigm Privacy Policy.
