Community guidelines

This forum exists for one thing: helping people do real paradigm work. The rules protect that.

The short version

• Be direct, be respectful. Challenge ideas hard; never attack people.
• Do the work. Specific stories and receipts beat abstract debate.
• No spam or self-promo. Links are fine when they serve the discussion. Drive-by promotion is removed and repeat offenders are banned.
• No medical or crisis advice. This is paradigm work, not therapy. If you're in crisis, contact a professional or your local emergency line (in Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14).
• Privacy. Don't post other people's personal information. Your own story is yours to share.

Votes and reports

The ▲ on every post is how the community curates itself: upvote what genuinely helped you, and the best answers rise on the "Top" sort. The Report button flags a post to the moderation queue; use it for spam and rule-breaking, not for disagreement (that's what replies are for).

Moderation

Posts that break the rules are removed. Accounts that repeatedly break them are banned. Founder and moderator posts are labelled. If something looks wrong, hit Report on the post, reply to the thread, or email [email protected].

This community is free. The site may show ads and links to ApexForm Life products (the Paradigm app, coaching). We never sell your posts or your email address.
