These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of apexformlife.com and the content and services offered through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by ApexForm Life Pty Ltd (ABN 11 698 784 904), a company registered in Australia ("ApexForm Life", "we", "us"). Contact: now@apexformlife.com.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, submit false information, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the site (including text, designs, software, the ApexMark, and written material) is owned by or licensed to APEXFORM LIFE PTY LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. AFOS™, ApexForm Life™, ApexForm Operating System™, and associated names, logos, and product presentation are proprietary marks of APEXFORM LIFE PTY LTD. The ™ symbol identifies marks claimed by their owner and does not represent registered status.

You may read and share links to our content and accurately refer to our products, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, alter, sublicense, or use our content or marks commercially—or in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership—without our prior written permission. Use of this site transfers no ownership or licence in those marks.

4. Products, subscriptions and services

The site describes products and services including Paradigm, AFOS, coaching and consulting programs. AFOS is currently offered as a commercial beta: customers receive access to shipped functionality while the product continues to mature and may change. AFOS Team is advertised at US$499 per organisation per month or US$4,990 per year, including five seats and 15 Council deliberations per month; additional seats are US$59/month or US$590/year and add three monthly deliberations each. Guided AFOS pilots are advertised at US$4,500 for 90 days and up to ten users. Enterprise arrangements start from US$18,000 per year and are separately scoped. AFOS training is sold separately from every AFOS tier: Foundations is advertised at US$2,900 per cohort of up to ten seats, the Operator Program at US$5,500 per cohort, and Enterprise Rollout at US$1,900 for design plus US$4,900 per delivery day; a guided pilot bought together with a Foundations cohort is advertised at US$6,900. Training prices are advertised in US dollars and exclude tax. Australian customers are invoiced in Australian dollars with GST added; supplies to customers outside Australia are treated as GST-free exports. Training engagements are invoiced 50% before pre-work begins and 50% on the adoption measurement recorded in the written scope. The price and billing period shown in Stripe Checkout and the applicable product terms govern an actual self-serve purchase.

Coaching sessions and workshops may be purchased online: the Paradigm Reset is advertised at A$1,450 including GST for a private 60-minute video session, and the Paradigm Foundations workshop at A$395 including GST per seat for a live two-hour class, with payment collected securely at booking through our scheduling provider and its payment processor. The price, session details and cancellation terms shown on the relevant booking page (Paradigm Reset, Paradigm Foundations) at the time of booking govern that purchase.

Submitting a contact, pilot or application form does not create a binding agreement or charge. Consulting, pilots and Enterprise engagements require a separate written agreement. We may change pricing for future purchases; existing subscriptions are changed only in accordance with their agreement and applicable law. Existing $29/seat AFOS subscriptions and legacy licence purchases remain grandfathered as originally sold.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, ApexForm Life is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
