The paperBeyond the Snapshot

Beyond the Snapshot is a working research paper, DOI-registered and published under an open licence so the method can be checked, cited and argued with. It documents a longitudinal, AI-assisted framework for observing how human paradigms actually change: the assumptions, patterns, limitations, and emerging questions behind the work. Written for researchers, practitioners, and partners.

• Why snapshots fail: the gap between knowing what to change and changing the system producing it. The one problem worth owning: visibility over time.
• The wedge, made concrete: how longitudinal, multimodal observation of behavioural evidence differs from journaling apps, mood trackers, and AI chat companions.
• A falsifiable research plan: the measures, comparisons, and kill criteria for testing whether paradigm change can be systematically observed.
• An honest evidence base, including where the science is contested, and an ethics-first model for a sensitive domain.

The research programme is expanding from individual paradigm change toward organisational intelligence: the same longitudinal lens, applied at two levels of scale. In progress:

Publication claims stay honest: these are planned research directions, not finished studies. Each will be published the same way as the first paper: with its methodology, its limitations and its own registered DOI.
