You can recognise something you keep doing and still find yourself doing it again. Bring one recurring pattern into focus, explore what may be keeping it in place, and consider a response you can try.
A question to begin with
“What keeps
happening,
even when
I intend
otherwise?”
One situation.
Your own words.
A place to start.
A more useful starting point
You might keep taking on too much, put off a decision until it becomes urgent, or return to a way of working you meant to leave behind. For founders and people leading a team, that might show up in delegation, a difficult conversation or a decision you keep reopening.
You do not need a complete explanation to begin. Start with one situation you can describe. The work is to examine the pattern with curiosity, then make the next experiment concrete.
This is educational and developmental work. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care or crisis support, and it does not promise a particular personal outcome.

Use voice reflections and your personal history to consider possible patterns. Read the interpretations, decide what fits, and return to what you have noticed.
Explore ParadigmA live workshop
A$395 per seat including GST for a live two-hour workshop. Explore how you interpret and respond to situations, with a guided exercise to examine a pattern of your own.
Explore the workshopThe ApexForm Method
A structure for examining what happens, questioning your first explanation, and trying a different response.
Describe the situation, what you noticed, what you told yourself and what you did next. Begin with a concrete example.
Explore the beliefs and interpretations that may be shaping your response. Treat an explanation as something to examine, not a verdict.
Choose a different response to try. Decide what you will look for afterwards, so reflection connects to what actually happens.

Before you begin
Choose a starting point with a clear sense of what the work involves.
You can begin with a situation you keep encountering. Describe what happens and what you tend to do next. The different formats above give you ways to explore it without needing a complete explanation first.
The current service focuses on one recurring pattern in a private video session: its context, the interpretations and responses around it, and a practical direction to try. Review the session page for the current scope, fee, booking and cancellation terms.
You can explore the written decode, session or workshop directly. The app is another way to reflect on your own experience; it is not presented here as a required first step. Explore the app to see how it differs from working with a person.
Check the privacy notice and consent information for your chosen service before sharing a recording or personal details. See the company privacy policy for the website and services, and the separate Paradigm app privacy policy for the app. Follow the instructions on the relevant service page and share only what is needed.
