Before you applyWhat the guided pilot includes
A live AFOS workspace for up to five users on a guided evaluation or ten on a guided pilot, workspace setup and configuration, and a 90-day evaluation against a real recommendation, decision and outcome-review cycle.
A guided evaluation is A$7,200 + GST for 90 days, with up to five users, two case records and an evaluation report. The guided pilot is A$14,400 + GST for 90 days, with up to ten users and four cases. A Foundations cohort is quoted separately. Any continuation is a separate ongoing-workspace or Enterprise agreement; applying does not create a contract or charge.
A real decision problem, honest access to how work actually happens, and a team willing to record evidence, review the reasons and close the outcome loop.
A useful comparisonBring your current way of deciding
Use the application to tell us about one recent decision, the tools and records you already use, and what you would want a pilot to establish. The starting point may be an AI conversation, a wiki entry, a spreadsheet or meeting notes.
In the fit discussion, consider what would make the comparison useful: finding the supporting evidence, identifying the decision owner, recovering the reasons later and completing an outcome review. Agree the evaluation and its limits before starting; a pilot does not promise a particular business result.
