One loop, decoded.
Tell me the thing you keep doing, in a voice note of up to three minutes. I'll listen to how you say it, not just what you say, and send you a written decode of the loop producing it within 48 hours. No call. No pitch. One loop.
Why a voice note
The loop is in the language, not the summary.
When people write about a pattern they edit it. When they talk about it, the operating system leaks: the word they reach for, the place they speed up, the justification that arrives before the question is finished. That is the behavioural evidence a decode works from.
So don't prepare. Press record, describe the thing you keep doing as if you were telling a friend who'd already seen it happen twice, and stop when you've said it. Three minutes is plenty. Ninety seconds is often enough.
Record
Say the thing you keep doing.
A prompt if you want one: “The thing I keep doing is… It usually happens when… and afterwards I tell myself…”
Your browser will ask for microphone permission. Nothing is sent until you press “Send my loop”.
Already recorded one on your phone? (m4a, mp3, wav, ogg or webm, under 12 MB).
After the decode
If the read lands, the next step is live.
The decode is the method on one loop, at a distance. The Paradigm Reset is the same method in a private 60-minute session, with you in the room to push back. Most people who go on to a Reset do it because the written decode named something they had been calling by a softer word.
The method itself is published, with its limits and kill criteria: Beyond the Snapshot, a DOI-registered working paper. What you get back is that framework applied to you, by the person who wrote it.
