You're booked.
If you just paid, the confirmation email has the time and the video link. Add that invite to your calendar and keep the hour clear.
What happens next

Hold the hour
Accept the calendar invite. Join from a quiet place with a working camera and microphone. Have one pattern you can name in a sentence.
Need to change it
Cancellations at least two business days before the appointment are refundable. Inside that window the time is reserved. Write to now@apexformlife.com if you need help.
